About
BeerCamp is an ad-hoc un-conference - or in other words it is a rather informal gathering of people from the technological world who meet with people from the non-profit sector and from pr/marketing in the hope that it will lead to the sharing of new and exciting ideas.
Rules
The participants must all in some way contribute to the event. Either by giving a demo, running a session og helping out with something practical.
Half the evening must be WITHOUT wifi or other technological gear.
Be prepared to have your picture, etc. published on the internet.
Other than that there are the rules of BarCamp that we will try and adhere to as best we can:
- 1st Rule: You do talk about BeerCamp.
- 2nd Rule: You do blog about BeerCamp.
- 3rd Rule: If you want to present, you must write your topic and name in a presentation slot.
- 4th Rule: Only three word intros.
- 5th Rule: As many presentations at a time as facilities allow for.
- 6th Rule: No pre-scheduled presentations, no tourists.
- 7th Rule: Presentations will go on as long as they have to or until they run into another presentation slot.
- 8th Rule: If this is your first time at BarCamp, you HAVE to present. (Ok, you don't really HAVE to, but try to find someone to present with, or at least ask questions and be an interactive participant.)
Ohh, and there will be beer :-).

Program
The program for the day is bound to be rather difficult to predict, but cirka here goes:
14:45-15:00 People arrive
15:00-15:10 We pick those who are going to speak
15:11-17:00 Sessions (depends on how many we are going to be)
17:00-17:30 Break
17:30-19:30 Dinner at Nørrebro's Bryghus
19:30-????? Conversation continues. If people want to continue to talk in smaller break-out sessions we can do that. Let's see what comes up.
The kind people at Nørrebro Bryghus will let us use one of their conference rooms between 15 and 17, so during those two hours we will be undisturbed and be able to use a projector if this should be the wish.
